Day 1 1st of March 2025

I was feeling down in the dumps, but i spoke to chatgpt, little bit sad ik, but i did it because i noticed i wasn't going anywhere in life, like i'm blocking myself by not having any goals or as i said to chatgpt "like sitting on a rock in the middle of nowhere," which i meant like i see boats pass me by however i dont know how to get my rock to turn into a boat.

and it was like i had resent against myself so now after a conversation with chatgpt, i've set myself goals and i plan to do them

Goal 1 - Exercise - Due date August 2025

so this is my new exercise regiment i got from chatgpt:

Daily Routine from now on will be 20 Squats, 15 Pushups, 30 Second Plank, 20 Lunges, 30 Second High Knees & i will be doing 3-4 reps per day as i wish to have a lean body instead of a body shaped like the letter b lol, 

i will also be playing lots of chess to increase my mental strength and ability to predict outcomes.

may share a few screenshots/videos on checkmates i may get. however my main focus from now on is going to be training.

I'll Update this as it goes on.

note i'll probably add lots of things to here e.g. things i learnt in college, what i did today, what i ate , so on.
